The Company, through its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in the motorsport and live entertainment industry. The portfolio of assets includes its subsidiaries Formula 1, MotoGP and other minority investments. The Series A and Series C Liberty Formula One common stock trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the stock symbols FWONA and FWONK, respectively. The Series B Liberty Formula One common stock is quoted on the OTC Markets under the symbol FWONB. Formula 1 holds exclusive commercial rights to the FIA Formula One World Championship. MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group, S.L. holds exclusive commercial rights to the FIM MotoGP World Championship as well as MotoGP feeder series Moto2 and Moto3, electric series MotoE, the FIM Superbike World Championship and the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship.
