Hut 8 Corp. is an energy infrastructure platform integrating power, digital infrastructure, and compute at scale to energy-intensive technologies. The Company's segments include Power, Digital Infrastructure, Compute, and Other. The Power segment acquires, develops, and manages critical energy assets such as powered land, interconnects, substations, switchyards, and related electrical systems designed to address the load demands energy-intensive technology applications. The Power segment consists of power generation and managed services. The Digital Infrastructure consists of CPU Colocation and application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) Colocation services. The Compute segment comprises operating businesses that deploy and monetize compute assets across energy-intensive technology end markets. The Compute segment consists of ASIC Compute, traditional cloud, and artificial intelligence (AI) Cloud.
