Funding timeframes
For most banks, funds arrive in your Stake AUS account within 5–15 minutes.
If it’s been more than an hour, here’s what to check:
BSB and account number – Make sure you’ve entered your Stake bank details correctly.
Bank holds – Some banks place a hold on first-time or large transfers so they can complete security checks to keep your funds safe. Check with your bank if this applies.
Non-NPP banks – If your bank doesn’t support instant payments, transfers can take 1–2 business days.
If it’s been more than 2 business days (note that public holidays add an extra day or two) and your bank has confirmed the funds have been sent successfully, please send our team a proof of payment by selecting "Still need our help" below. You can include a screenshot of the transaction receipt or a bank statement, as long as it shows:
Bank logo
Bank account name
Account number
Bank details the funds were transferred to
Date the transfer was made
Amount
Description/reference.
