When will I receive my withdrawal?
USD withdrawals usually settle within 2–3 U.S. business days
AUD withdrawals generally arrive within 1–2 business days
Keep in mind that public holidays – including U.S. holidays for USD withdrawals – can add an extra day.
Withdrawal times depend on our banking partners and security checks, so they can’t be fast-tracked. If you’re planning ahead, we recommend allowing some buffer in case of delays.

Withdrawal verification checks

Why haven't I received my withdrawal?
If it’s been more than four business days, here’s what to check:
Are your BSB and account number entered correctly?
Have you received any withdrawal verification emails?
Were there any public holidays during the processing window?
If everything looks correct and your funds haven’t arrived, please contact our team by selecting "Still need our help" below.
