MoneyHub x Stake $30USD Reward Promotion Terms and Conditions
Overview
‘MoneyHub x Stake’ $30USD Reward Campaign is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd (New Zealand). The program provides new customers to Stake from MoneyHub with free $30USD credit in their Stake account and a free stock in Drop box, Nike or Go Pro after they fund their Stake account with a minimum of $200NZD during the month of May 2024 using payment methods provided by Stake, within Stake’s platform and fulfill the campaign eligibility criteria.
Participation in the ‘MoneyHub x Stake’ $30USD Reward Campaign promotion does not replace new users’ eligibility for the Stake Wall St First Funding Rewards.
‘MoneyHub x Stake’ $30USD Reward Campaign promotion period is defined as 12:01am NZST on 1st May, 2024 through 11:59pm NZST 31st May, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify for this promotion you must meet all of the following:
Does not have an existing funded Stake account in New Zealand before 12:01am NZST on 1st May, 2024;
Use promotional code ‘MoneyHubMay’; and
Fund their new Stake account with a minimum of $200NZD within the promotion period; and
Be one of the first 400 customers to meet the above eligibility criteria.
If eligible, $30USD will be allocated to your Stake brokerage account by 11.59pm, 1 June 2024.

Program Election
Once eligible under the Eligibility Criteria, you will be able to claim your free stock or elect not to receive free stock. If you elect to claim your free stock, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Restrictions
This promotion is available to New Zealand Stake customers only. Customers are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one reward. For the avoidance of doubt, only 1 claim of the reward can be made per person under this promotion. This promotion is also not available to customers who already have an existing funded account with Stake.
Implications of owning stock
Owning a share in a business comes with fluctuations in price. Share prices fluctuate daily and can be a volatile asset. Stake is not in any way promoting and/or recommending the stock you are issued with as part of this promotion.
Tax Implications
You may be liable for capital gains tax on the entire value of the share when sold. This is dependent on your personal circumstance and you will need to seek advice from a tax professional.
No Affiliation
Stake is not affiliated with any company or issuer whose stock may be part of this promotion and is not affiliated with any exchange that the stock may be listed or traded on.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Stake may suspend or terminate the promotion or a user’s ability to participate at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove a reward if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Stake Rewards can change at any time.
Legal & Updates to the terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
We can update these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website & app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
