Stake Super Referral Promotion T&Cs
Overview
The ‘Stake Super Referral Promotion’ (Promotion) is run by Stake SMSF Pty Ltd. The Promotion provides existing Stake Super, Stake Super Property and Stake Super Plus customers with a $200 discount on their next annual fee for every new SMSF customer they successfully refer to Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus during the Promotional Period, on the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Promotional Period
The promotional period commences at 00:00 on 10/11/2025 and ends at 11:59 on 9/11/2026 (Promotional Period).
Eligibility Criteria
This Promotion is available to all existing Stake Super, Stake Super Property and Stake Super Plus Customers. In order to qualify for this Promotion, you must have an approved Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus account at the commencement of the Promotional Period and successfully refer a new customer during the Promotional Period (Referrer).
A successful referral is defined as a new Stake Super customer who, during the Promotional Period, signs up and pays for either Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus using the unique referral code of a Referrer in the Stake Super application form (Referred Customer).
A Referred Customer must not be the same person as the Referrer or another existing Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus customer. Referral codes will not be accepted retrospectively.
A Referred Customer may only use one unique referral code. If a Referred Customer receives unique referral codes from multiple Referrers, only the unique referral code used by the Referred Customer to sign up to Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus will count towards a Referrer Reward.
Reward
Each existing customer who meets the eligibility criteria will receive an AUD$200 discount on their next Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus renewal fee (Referrer Reward). Each new customer who signs up to Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus will receive an AUD$200 discount on their initial Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus annual fee (Referred Reward).
Restrictions
Customers are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one Referrer Reward or Referred Reward.
Customers acknowledge and agree that they are acting in their own capacity, and not as an employee, representative or agent of Stake.
Referrers who hold an Australian Financial Services Licence or who are an Authorised Representative of an Australian Financial Services Licensee are not permitted to participate in the Promotion.
We may at our discretion revoke or reclaim (as applicable) a Referrer’s entitlement to a Referrer Reward where a Referred Customer subsequently cancels their application to Stake Super, Stake Super Property or Stake Super Plus and is validly issued a refund.
Disclaimer
Without limiting the Disclaimers, this Promotion does not constitute financial advice, nor is it a recommendation that an SMSF may be suitable for Referrers or Referred Customers.
Severability
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
Termination and Changes
We may suspend or terminate the Promotion or a customer’s ability to participate in the Promotion at any time for any reason including (without limitation) reasonable operational, business or regulatory reasons.
Without limiting the above, we reserve the right to suspend accounts or revoke Referrer Rewards and/or Referred Rewards if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming a Referrer Reward or Referred Reward pursuant to this Promotion can change at any time.
We can update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If we modify these Terms and Conditions, we will post the modification on the Stake website, which is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
