OVERVIEW
The ‘Stake Super EOFY $300 back promotion’ (‘Promotion’) is run by Stake SMSF Pty Ltd. The promotion provides a $300 reward to new Stake Super customers who sign up and pay during the promotion period.
To participate in the ’Stake Super EOFY $300 back promotion', customers are required to accept and be bound by these promotional terms and conditions, which apply in addition to the Stake Terms and Conditions and Stake Super Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion period commences at 12:01 am on 12 June 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm on 30 June 2025 (AEST). The promotion period may be extended at our sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
In order to be eligible for the back, individuals must:
Complete a Stake Super application to set up a new self-managed super fund (SMSF), or transfer an existing SMSF to Stake Super; and
Enter the promotional code ‘EOFY2025’ or any other promotional code provided by us at our sole discretion upon application; and
Pay the first application fee within the promotion period; and
Initiate a first deposit into the SMSF within 90 days of the application payment date

Please note, the Stake Super EOFY 2025 $300 back cannot be used in conjunction with any other Stake Super promotion. Nor can the $300 be withdrawn from your Super unless the members have met a condition of release.
REWARD
Eligible customers will receive a $300 back paid into their Stake Super AUD account.
TIMINGS
Following the establishment of the new customer’s SMSF has been set up, the customer must initiate a first deposit. This must occur within 90 days of the initial application payment date. Once you have fulfilled all criteria, the payment will be made into your Stake Super AUD account within 3 business days.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate the promotion or a user’s ability to participate in the promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove rewards if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values or code of conduct, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms and Conditions and Stake Super Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming the reward pursuant to this promotion can change at any time.
UPDATES TO THE TERMS
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website, which is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
