Stake Super – Waitlist Terms
Stake SMSF Pty Ltd ACN 648 283 532 (“Stake Super”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates an SMSF administration service.
By joining the Stake Super waitlist (“Waitlist”), you agree to these Waitlist Terms.
1. Registration of Interest Only
1.1 The Waitlist is a registration of interest only.
1.2 Joining the Waitlist:
- does not create a client relationship;
- is not an application for any product or service;
- does not constitute approval or pre-approval;
- does not guarantee that services will be offered, or available; and
- does not guarantee services will be available by any particular date.
1.3 We may decide, in our discretion, whether or not to contact you or offer services.
2. No Offer or Advice
2.1 Nothing in the Waitlist or related communications constitutes:
- an offer to issue or arrange a financial product;
- an invitation to apply for a financial product; or
- financial, taxation or legal advice.
2.2 Any information provided is general information only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
2.3 Any future services will be subject to separate terms, disclosure documentation, eligibility, compliance and onboarding requirements, and we may refuse to offer services at our discretion.
3. Privacy and Communications
3.1 We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
3.2 By joining the Waitlist, you consent to us contacting you about Stake Super products, services and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and current.
4. Changes and Liability
4.1 We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Waitlist at any time.
4.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the Waitlist or any delay or decision not to offer services.
4.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under law.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
